1. Who we are

These Terms govern purchases on https://nevarionsystem.com. The seller is V. D. Belyaev, an independent author and composer trading as Kao Phasys / NEVARION (self-employed, Russian taxpayer ID 781437780201). Contact: tower@nevarionsystem.com. Content is intended for ages 16+.

2. What you buy

"Full Access NEVARION" is a digital bundle. Its contents are shown on the site at the time of purchase and may include: - the e-book The Onlooker (EPUB, FB2, PDF); - the digital album NEVARION (Original Soundtrack) (MP3 and/or FLAC); - the Archivist Key — a code that unlocks all archive sections of the site.

If an item has not been released yet (for example, the album before its release date), the site says so and the item is delivered on release day as a pre-order.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private, non-commercial use. All rights in the works remain with the author. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the files or the Archivist Key.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the site. Payment is processed by Payhip (with PayPal or card via Stripe) or by NOWPayments (USDT). Payhip calculates and collects EU/UK VAT where applicable. We never see your full card details.

4. Delivery

Download links and the Archivist Key are delivered immediately after payment by Payhip by email and on the confirmation page (for crypto payments — on the confirmation page). If you have not received access within 24 hours, write to tower@nevarionsystem.com.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK customers)

Digital content is delivered immediately. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not delivered — see our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

Content is provided "as is". We are not liable for problems caused by your device, software or connection. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
