Refund Policy

We want you to get exactly what you paid for.

• Before delivery — full refund on request.
• Not delivered or faulty — if your files do not arrive, do not open, or the Archivist Key does not work, and we cannot fix it within 10 days of your message, you get a full refund.
• Pre-orders — if a pre-ordered item is not released on the announced date, you may request a refund for it.
• After successful delivery — because digital content cannot be returned, purchases are otherwise final (see Section 5 of the Terms of Sale).

To request a refund, email tower@nevarionsystem.com with your order date and the email used for the purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 days. For crypto payments, refunds are sent in USDT to a wallet address you provide, minus network fees.
